This page configures the app. Keep the admin password private — it's the one you set as a secret in Cloudflare (SETUP_KEY).

Telegram alerts

Free text-style alerts for urgent carer messages, notes left at checkout, flagged check-ins/outs, and a Sunday evening weekly summary. Any number of people can receive them.

Create a bot via @BotFather in Telegram, then add its token as the TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN secret in Cloudflare and redeploy.
Have each person who should get alerts open Telegram, find the bot, and send it any message (e.g. "hi").
Tap "Detect chat ID" below — this adds anyone new who's messaged the bot, without removing anyone already set up.

Every alert attempt, success or failure — real evidence instead of guessing whether one fired.

Carers

Add each carer with a 4-digit PIN they'll use to check in.
